How do you make intricate/detailed sand sculptures?
I always see thеѕе detailed sand sculptures οn thе internet, bυt аnу time I try tο mаkе a basic sand sculpture іt falls down ѕο quickly. Dοеѕ something need tο bе extra tο thе sand? Whats thе trick?
I reckon that you have to make sure that the sand is very tight (like add water to the bucket filled w/ sand, then tip it over and wait for the water to drain, but the sand to tightly sit there. Then all you do is scrape away.
I’m just guessing, it makes since.

try not adding too much water and dont stir forever…thats prob it
You have to make sure and keep the right moisture throughtout the entire process. To wet and it will fall in (it is too heavy), and if it is to dry it will just flake away (too light). You have to get the sand at the right moisture to start, and you have to continue to add your water to it to keep it at the right moisture. When finished you can spritz it with water to help seal the small details. Plus you need the right tools, exacto knife, putty knife, water bottle, spritzer, etc.
