		<description>When we were kids we used to do alot of clambakes and my dad just dug a hole in the sand and put charcoal in it. Make sure you just keep an eye on it. Make seaweed wet but not soaking. Besides the seaweed should be on the very top covering everything. Thats what keeps the steam in.   Good luck and enjoy!</description>
