Can new rocks in a new tank give off odors and make the tank cloudy even though they were rinsed?
I have a new fish tank & everything in it is new.The water has been tested.It has calcium and is hard water.The ph is great and there is no ammonia in it.With in a day and a half the water began to get cloudy and had a bad urinary smell to it.Can it be the new rocks and new ornaments giving off the smell and clouding affect?I have one other older tank with the same water and conditioner in it and it has none of this.Can this harm my fish,and will this fade through time?
