Don Whitman of Leaders & Sinkers reports good catches of bull whiting coming from the surf while fishing with ultra-fresh shrimp. Puppy drum and sheepshead are also running along the St. Marys jetty rocks and deep holes in the backwater rivers and bays, Whitman reports.
