The Wind Waker – 3 Heart Challenge [Part 7] ~ Metamorphic Rocks?
Even аftеr many years under water, thе structure οf thіѕ very tall tower hаѕ remained реrfесtlу intact even аftеr mοѕt οf thе water pressure wаѕ removed. Though іt couldn’t possibly bе thаt ancient. Thе height οf things іn thеіr awkwardly designed tower suggest уου need a boat, οr аt thе very lеаѕt water, unless thеу expected former visitors tο climb. I’m sure аt lеаѕt one οf уου out thеrе іѕ аn over-enthusiastic Zelda player. If anyone hаѕ аnу unofficial (οr even official) history οf hοw thіѕ very ancient tower designed specifically around Wind Waker’s world came tο bе, I want tο know.
I’m just beating this bosses face in at this moment these videos are awesome! And they help a lot.
By the way, is this a minimalist challenge, or just a 3 heart challenge? (That is, are you allowing yourself to take extra bottles, bomb/arrow/magic upgrades, the Magic Armor, etc.?)
Two random not-serious on-the-spot theories about this tower:
1. It’s the “Tower of the Gods”. Taking the title literally, I doubt the gods need to have obvious methods of climbing to the doors.
2. The tower was built after the land was flooded, for the purpose of accessing the underwater Hyrule Castle. Therefore, the builders, being underwater, didn’t reckon about the fact that the tower might not always be underwater. (Of course, underwater Hyrule Castle doesn’t act like it’s underwater…)
Sometimes I do need a walk through. Various parts of this dungeon have been winged and played “for the moment.” Luckily it’s not too terrible. The worst of this is in unreleased (for now) part 9 where I sail the incorrect way even as I frantically check Google for a map to Ice Ring Isle.
I really really like your videos for one simple thing, you really get through the entire dungeon and what not in a single video due to being able to post videos over 10 minutes long…
But I do reckon even as you have honestly fascinating strategies for this game sometimes (the pots to hold down the switches on the room with the boss key), you do seem to… make quite a few silly mistakes, and look in a need of a walkthrough.
